PAYMENT TERMS
Fees for the year are divided into 11 monthly payments which are due by the 15th of each month.
Example
Child 1 participates in one 45 minute class per week
This class is priced at £6.00
£6.00 x 35 weeks =£210.00
Divided into 11 monthly payments = £19.10
(35 weeks is calculated for 2026 as the term weeks from September 2026 to July 2027)
WAYS TO PAY
Our online portal - You can save a card via our online portal which is then used for a recurring payment or choose to use the portal each month to pay
Cash - To be handed in, in an envelope and clearly marked with pupil's name
LESSONS HAVE TO BE PAID FOR EVEN IF YOU DO NOT ATTEND, AS THE RENTAL FOR THE HALL HAS TO BE PAID FOR REGARDLESS
LATE PAYMENT FEES
A £5 late payment fee will occur each week until the account is up to date
To avoid a late payment charge, please ensure you monthly payment is received on or before the 15th of each month.
